Please be punctual.
If you arrive late, your treatment will be shortened without any price reduction. At the same time, we understand that plans may change - a no-cost cancellation can be made up to 3 hours before the scheduled treatment time. Services cancelled later than 3 hours before their scheduled start will be charged 50% of the value of the services ordered. Failure to cancel a treatment results in the Guest being charged with 100% of the value of the services ordered.
